About The Position

Perform all duties associated with shipping and receiving of product, and inventory management. This role requires a bilingual Spanish speaker. There may be occasions where overtime is necessary on the weekends or adjustments to your hours may be required.

Requirements

Must be trained and pass licensing for Warehouse Material Handling Equipment
Bilingual Spanish speaker
Able to work Overtime as required with minimal notice

Responsibilities

Ensuring that all warehouse personnel follow policies and procedures for inventory handling
Directing warehouse personnel
Ensuring the safety of all equipment used, reporting all unsafe conditions, and accidents
Performing inventory cycle counts
Operating all equipment safely, following OSHA mandated guidelines
Performing Warehouse Material Handling Equipment pre-operational checks and filling out check sheets
Reporting any deficiencies immediately to supervisor/manager or director
Ensuring dock, freezer, grounds and parking lot cleanliness
Ensuring that all trucks are chocked prior to loading or unloading
Unloading and checking in products, verifying counts and lot numbers upon receipt
Receiving of incoming product, checking and logging counts, lot numbers and locations
Moving products to pick locations, checking and logging counts, lot numbers and locations
Accurately picking orders, checking, logging, count, lot numbers, and locations
Order picking to be FIFO’d
Exhibiting a superior attitude while working with outside Carriers, Internal and External Customers, and employees
Ensuring all paperwork is neat and orderly
Safely changing and maintaining batteries
Completing required paperwork accurately and honestly
Adhering to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food Safety policies
Adhering to all Allergen control programs and procedures
Reporting suspicious packages, activities and individuals
Monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points) if trained in HACCP and adhering to approved HACCP plan(s)
