Requirements

• EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• 5+ years of field experience in residential HVAC service and repair
• Proven sales ability with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work on-call rotation, including weekends
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

• Texas HVAC license (or the ability to obtain one)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Present solutions to customers with confidence
• Generate and close sales opportunities
• Mentor junior technicians
• Ensure all job notes and paperwork are completed accurately
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle while upholding our high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
