Requirements
- 4+ years of residential HVAC experience (service-focused preferred)
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow with the company
Nice To Haves
- Experience leading jobs or mentoring other techs is a strong plus
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform service, troubleshooting, and repair of residential HVAC systems
- Support installations and routine maintenance as needed
- Diagnose issues and provide honest, effective solutions
- Mentor and support junior technicians in the field
- Ensure all work meets company standards, safety protocols, and local codes
- Deliver top-tier customer service and represent the company with professionalism
