R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC Inc in Columbus, OH is looking to hire a full-time experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician. This role is for a skilled Residential HVAC Technician looking to grow their career with an established and respected company that appreciates hard work and dedication. As a Service HVAC Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $50/hour, depending on experience. Requirements

4+ years of HVAC field experience
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
Understanding refrigeration cycles
Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting
Self-motivated
Excellent communication skills including the ability to explain technical information clearly and in layman's terms
Service-oriented
Ability to establish a good rapport with people
Respectful of others and their personal property
Punctual and reliable
Takes pride in work
