Requirements

Proven experience in residential HVAC diagnostics, repair, and service
Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
Clean and valid Florida driver’s license
Own high-quality tools and know how to use them
Respect for the craft, the team, and the customer
Must pass drug screen and background check (we’re professional, and so are you)

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Deliver white-glove customer service while solving complex system issues
Perform high-level maintenance and tune-ups for system longevity and performance
Educate clients on system care, energy efficiency, and service options
Use digital tools to document service visits and maintain accurate records
Adhere to all safety and compliance standards—because you know what you're doing
