Requirements
- 3+ years of residential and/or light commercial service/install experience.
- Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
- Deep understanding of applicable installation and venting codes, basic sheet metal practices, and air balancing principles.
- Proven track record in heating and cooling systems; ability to draw simple diagrams and read blueprints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record; must pass a drug screen and background check.
Responsibilities
- Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
- Apply familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting new and existing customer needs.
- Comply with all service standards, work instructions, and specific customer requirements.
- Accurately interpret and utilize blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications during service calls.
