Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in the knowledge and skills required to install a variety of HVAC systems
- Experience with installations of varying scope, from simple equipment add-ons and swaps to full-scale HVAC installations for new house builds
- Ability to work in diverse settings and scenarios, adapting to different equipment requirements and project specifications
Responsibilities
- Install various HVAC systems, including forced air furnaces, central air conditioners, ductless mini-split systems, water heaters, and boiler systems for residential projects.
- Perform sheet metal fabrication, brazing, and soldering to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Handle equipment replacements and complete installations in new homes.
- Troubleshoot installation issues.
- Maintain system efficiency.
- Support customer satisfaction.
- Assist with parts replacement, service work, and shop maintenance during slower periods.
