About The Position
We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team full-time in Harvey, LA. This role involves accurately and efficiently installing top-of-the-line HVAC equipment in customers' homes. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and a supportive team environment, with opportunities for ongoing training and career development. Our installers consistently earn more here than anywhere else in the area, with a salary range of up to $110,000 per year, or more.
Requirements
- 3 years of HVAC Installation experience required
- Must have or be willing to obtain proper certifications (company can assist)
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently install top of the line HVAC equipment in customers' homes.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, warehouse and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.
