About The Position

Keefe's A/C, Heating, Electrical, Generator, and Plumbing is growing again and seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician who wants to stop worrying about seasonal ups and downs and desires year-round stability. As a Sr HVAC technician, you will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, educate customers on available options, and deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Success in this role involves using your experience to educate customers, offering solutions, participating in continuing training, maintaining a clean driving record, keeping your truck clean and inventory up to date, communicating effectively with dispatch and management, completing paperwork properly, being punctual, and maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of HVAC Service experience
• Valid Driver's License and qualify to be covered by company auto insurance
• EPA Certification

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Educate customers on their HVAC systems and offer solutions
• Participate in continuing training to grow as a professional in HVAC careers
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Keep your truck clean and inventory up to date
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, your manager, and coordinators
• Properly complete paperwork
• Be punctual for first calls and weekly service meetings
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
