About The Position
Shook Heating & Cooling, located in Livonia, MI, is looking for a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to join their team. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a lead installer
- Ability to install a furnace and air conditioning unit on your own
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
Responsibilities
- Lead a two-person team to ensure heating and air conditioning systems are installed with precision and care.
- Guide team members and finish projects efficiently.
- Serve as the cornerstone of the installation process.
- Ensure customers enjoy comfort and reliability through leadership and technical skills.
