HVAC - Lead Installer
About The Position
Channell Heating and Cooling is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. This role offers the opportunity to work side-by-side with experienced installers, receive hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation, and assist with parts, tools, and delivery at job sites. The position involves operating a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs, and assisting to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
Requirements
- Hard-working, willing to learn
- Experience with HVAC

- Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician
- Good communicator with a strong customer service focus

Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
