About The Position

Top Tech Mechanical Services, Inc. is searching for a full-time HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. If you're looking for a full-time, year-round career with pay in the range of $60,000 – $90,000/year (depending on experience), and a comprehensive benefits package. As an HVAC Installer, your workday will begin by dispatching directly from your home to job sites across the Atlanta metro area. Shifts will vary but always fall within standard business hours: 7 am - 4 pm, 8 am - 5 pm, or 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. You'll enjoy the consistency of year-round work and a supportive team environment. In this Lead HVAC Installer role, you will spend your days installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems-such as gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, RTUs, and package units-across the Atlanta area. You will manage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and our own high company standards. You'll be responsible for installing and modifying ductwork, refrigerant lines, gas piping, electrical connections, and venting systems, all while maintaining a clean, professional job site and respecting each customer's home. You will also keep accurate documentation of your work and collaborate closely with the installation and service team to deliver the exceptional customer experience we are known for.

Requirements

  • Experience working with gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and RTUs.
  • Strong understanding of heating and cooling system installation practices.
  • Ability to complete full system replacements and installations.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.

Responsibilities
