Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating as a true Lead HVAC Installer.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, proficiency with hand/power tools, and working knowledge of electrical/plumbing support systems.
• Valid, insurable driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
• A proud professional who is honest, dependable, and takes pride in a clean layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete residential change-outs (heat pumps, A/C units, and furnaces) from start to finish, ensuring everything is up to manufacturer and company standards.
• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and flex duct systems.
• Run and braze/solder copper refrigerant lines; wire line and low-voltage electrical components.
• Pre-measure jobs to ensure the right materials are loaded onto your truck the first time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle.
• Mentor and help train junior installers/apprentices on your team.
• Deliver an exceptional, respectful customer experience on every job site.
