About The Position
HVAC Star Plus is seeking experienced residential project and replacement installation technicians for their Wilmington NC market due to tremendous growth. This role is for a Lead Installer with experience in residential installation, including commercial HVAC equipment (RTU, Split systems, VRF, VAV, Controls), ductwork installation, blueprint reading and implementation, refrigeration line installation, and air distribution installation. Sheet metal experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organization skills
- Must take extreme pride in your work
- EPA Universal Card
- Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. and be able to climb ladders
- Must own hand tools
- Must have a clean driving record, pass a background check and drug test
