About The Position
Fire & Ice is seeking experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installers who are skilled in delivering clean, professional installations. This role is for individuals who take pride in their work, lead by example, and desire a company that recognizes and rewards their craftsmanship. The position offers steady work, strong pay, and comprehensive support with the right tools, resources, and a positive company culture. You will be supported, equipped, and trusted, not micromanaged.
Requirements
- 4 years of Lead Residential (forced air units and ductless) HVAC installation experience
- 1 weekend per month on call (Saturday and Sunday)
- EPA Certification
- HVAC degree or equivalent training
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- A professional attitude and pride in your work
Nice To Haves
- Experience with installing geothermal systems and boilers
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations with precision and professionalism
- Install equipment to manufacturer specs, safety requirements, and company standards
- Pre-measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installs
- Properly connect equipment and verify system performance
- Deliver a clean, organized job site and a great customer experience
- Represent Fire & Ice with pride and craftsmanship
