About The Position

Veteran Air is searching for the area’s top Lead HVAC Installer. This is an opportunity for stability, growth, and a team that invests in your success. The role involves performing high-quality residential HVAC installations, leading and mentoring assistants or apprentices, and maintaining vehicles, tools, and job site organization. The technician will also communicate professionally with customers and team members, review work orders, follow schedules, and solve issues proactively. Ensuring proper materials are prepared for each job, documenting work accurately, and staying current on HVAC codes and standards are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC install experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to pass drug, background, and MVR checks
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or with a crew
• Strong organization and decision-making skills
• Safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools
