About The Position
We're partnering with a highly respected engineering consulting firm seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join its growing Charlotte team. This is an opportunity to lead HVAC and mechanical system design for large, technically challenging projects while mentoring engineers and working directly with clients and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of mechanical/HVAC design experience
- Experience leading projects and engineering teams
Nice To Haves
- Consulting engineering experience preferred
- PE license preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC and mechanical system design for large, technically challenging projects
- Mentor engineers
- Work directly with clients and project stakeholders
