Lead Human Resources Technician
About The Position
This is a promotional opportunity for ERIC employees only. The Lead Human Resources Technician will assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. They will guide, coach, and mentor existing staff to support professional development and performance. The role involves identifying daily team priorities, assigning tasks, and monitoring workflow, with the ability to fill in where necessary. Additionally, the position requires performing quality control audits, reviewing customer survey feedback, and identifying key successes, constraints, and remedies. The Lead Human Resources Technician may functionally supervise and coordinate the daily work of team members and provide back-up coverage for immediate supervisor duties as needed.
