About The Position

The Lead HR Technology (HRT Lead) serves as the functional and configuration
expert within Oracle Cloud HCM, with deep expertise in Core HR and strong
working knowledge across all HCM modules. Reporting to the HRT Manager, this
role is responsible for hands-on system configuration, data integrity,
cross-module process alignment, and day-to-day platform optimization.

This position requires advanced Core HR mastery — including team member
lifecycle management, position management, employment records, security,
approvals, and data governance — while also understanding how Core HR underpins
and impacts Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence, Help Desk, Performance,
Learn, PTO, and LOA.

The Lead acts as the primary solution designer and functional authority,
ensuring changes are architected holistically across modules and integrated
systems.
