About The Position

The Lead HR Representative will be based in Round Lake, IL and provide HR support to the U.S.-based R&D organization within the Infusion Therapies and Platforms (ITP) division. In this role, you will help drive the HR strategy for the business by serving as a trusted advisor, partnering with key stakeholders, and delivering high‑quality HR initiatives and processes. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and employees, providing consultative support to ITP colleagues across geographies. This position has a strong focus on integration, culture, organizational design, development, and change management, requiring a solid understanding and application of these principles. A key responsibility will also include supporting the broader HR team in the execution of functional HR plans and programs, such as talent review and planning, annual compensation reviews, performance management processes, and employee listening mechanisms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive global HR experience, with at least 1 year in an HR generalist or business partner role preferred (Fortune 500 environment a plus).
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA or Master’s in HR or Business a plus.
  • Foundational knowledge across core HR disciplines, including performance management, development, compensation, culture and engagement, change management, organizational design, and I&D.
  • Strong consulting, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated project and process management capabilities with a flexible, business‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and make sound recommendations.
  • Comfortable supporting leaders and employees across diverse, global, and remote environments.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos), with strong analytical and technology skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive HR initiatives aligned to business strategies and enterprise priorities.
  • Partner with leaders, managers, and employees to foster a best‑place‑to‑work culture and strong manager effectiveness.
  • Provide talent management and development support, representing talent strategies cross‑functionally.
  • Coach managers on hiring, headcount planning, performance management, and ongoing A.C.E. check‑ins.
  • Advise and support leaders and employees on employee relations matters, resolving straightforward to moderately complex issues and escalating as needed.
  • Lead annual compensation activities and related communications.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement and continuously improve HR programs, systems, policies, and processes.
  • Serve as a liaison for HR operations and employee data, including HR actions, audits, reporting, and analysis to measure program impact.
