Quickbase is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to join our Employee Experience (EX) team, reporting to the Vice President, Talent. This role is a strategic Talent Architect and Workforce Transformation role, focusing on the intersection of business strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and emerging technology. The position involves partnering with leaders across Sales and Quickbase Core Product (QCP) to shape how work is done, considering the evolving relationship between people, AI, automation, and technology. The successful candidate will design scalable organizations, build future-ready talent systems, and develop workforce strategies aligned with business priorities and long-term capability needs. This role requires challenging conventional thinking, improving organizational effectiveness, and guiding leaders through the changing nature of work in an AI-enabled environment.
