About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Lead HR Analytics Developer to help translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who understands HR data, enjoys building dashboards and reporting solutions, and can communicate findings in a way that supports business decisions. You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to develop data-driven insights that support workforce planning, operational efficiency, employee experience, and HR reporting needs.

Requirements

  • Typically, a minimum of 8+ years of progressive related experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Tableau, including dashboard design, data modeling, and data visualization
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL development and data wrangling
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data structures
  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions
  • Background and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience with Workday or an equivalent HCM tool, including reporting and data analysis
  • Experience with Snowflake or other modern cloud data platforms
  • Background in Human Resources analytics, such as workforce planning, attrition, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or compensation analytics
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Familiarity with HR data governance, compliance, and privacy standards
  • Experience supporting HR reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions

Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to support HR and business reporting needs
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL across multiple systems and data sources
  • Translate complex datasets into clear summaries, visuals, and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Partner with HR and business teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements
  • Support HR data architecture and reporting solutions in alignment with data warehousing best practices
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data pipelines, data quality, and reporting capabilities
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and appropriate governance across HR systems and reporting outputs
  • Provide analytical support for recurring and ad hoc workforce reporting requests
