About The Position
The Finch is seeking a Lead Housekeeping Supervisor to lead by example, support team members' development, and inspire excellence within the housekeeping team. This role involves embracing company values, assisting with training, ensuring effective operations, collaborating on supply management, inspecting rooms and common areas for cleanliness, addressing guest needs promptly, and providing courteous, efficient, professional service. The Lead Housekeeping Supervisor will also be responsible for cleaning and replenishing rooms, organizing supplies, monitoring property cleanliness, attending meetings and training, and warmly greeting guests, while fulfilling tasks assigned by Housekeeping Leadership.
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques/chemical applications a plus.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced role.
- Be a role model by consistently living the values of Columbia Hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example, support team members development and inspire excellence within the team.

- Assist with training and ensures effective operations for assigned areas.
- Collaborate with leaders to maintain adequate supplies, minimizing waste.
- Inspect rooms and common areas, upholding high cleanliness standards, noting issues and taking action.
- Address guest needs promptly, prioritize satisfaction through clear communication.
- Assist in deep cleanings.
- Provide courteous, efficient, professional service to guests.
- Clean and replenish designated number of rooms within assigned shift, report room issues.
- Organize supplies on the housekeeping cart.
- Monitor property's cleanliness, attend meetings and training.
- Warmly greet and engage guests.
- Fulfill tasks assigned by Housekeeping Leadership.
