About The Position
This role is for a Lead Housekeeping Supervisor at The Finch. The position emphasizes leading by example, supporting team development, and inspiring excellence. The supervisor will embrace company values and service norms, assist with training, and ensure effective operations. Collaboration with leaders on supply management, inspection of rooms and common areas for cleanliness, and prompt addressing of guest needs are key responsibilities. The role also involves assisting in deep cleanings, providing professional guest service, cleaning and replenishing rooms, organizing supplies, monitoring property cleanliness, attending meetings, and warmly greeting guests. The supervisor will also fulfill tasks assigned by Housekeeping Leadership.
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques/chemical applications a plus.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced role.
- Be a role model by consistently living the values of Columbia Hospitality.
Responsibilities

- Assist in deep cleanings.
- Provide courteous, efficient, professional service to guests.
- Clean and replenish designated number of rooms within assigned shift, report room issues.
- Organize supplies on the housekeeping cart.
- Monitor property's cleanliness, attend meetings and training.
- Warmly greet and engage guests.
- Fulfill tasks assigned by Housekeeping Leadership.
