About The Position
Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is seeking a high-performing, career-oriented Lead Housekeeper to join their team. This hybrid role is designed for individuals ready for growth and leadership opportunities within the hospitality industry. The position involves working 3 shifts as a Housekeeper and 2 shifts as a Housekeeping Supervisor, with a dual-pay structure. The Lead Housekeeper will act as the 'Point of Contact' and lead the department when the Housekeeping Manager is unavailable, assist in inspecting rooms to ensure high standards, and be the go-to person for leadership needs.

Responsibilities
- Clean guestrooms, lobbies, corridors, and laundry facilities according to company standards and time frames.
- Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are fully stocked with necessities.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and transport waste efficiently and hygienically.
- Greet every guest with a warm, friendly "Energy" that makes them feel at home.
- Adhere to all policies to protect yourself, our guests, and company property.
- Safely use all materials and tools to avoid waste or accidents.
- Lead the House Laundry process, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding.
