About The Position
The Lead Guest Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring each team member on shift is performing all duties completely and thoroughly. Lead Guest Room Attendants provide friendly, courteous Family-Style Service to guests while cleaning guest areas in their assigned area. They display a strong commitment to customer service through the delivery of our service standards, safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
