The Lead Host will be responsible for managing guest seating, restaurant flow, and guest information during shifts. This role will also include booking party reservations and collaborating with management to accommodate guest needs.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in upscale dining
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
- Working knowledge of the OpenTable system
- Professional phone etiquette
