About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage reservation bookings and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Lead and supervise the host team, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with the service staff to optimize guest flow and satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members
  • Uphold company standards and policies to ensure a high-quality guest experience
