Responsibilities

Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every guest who walks through our doors.
Manage seating efficiently to ensure smooth flow and minimal wait times.
Maintain an organized host stand and accurate waitlist using reservation tools.
Serve as the information center for the restaurant—answering questions and assisting guests with a positive attitude.
Communicate effectively with servers and management to optimize guest satisfaction.
Deliver a lasting positive impression by thanking guests and inviting them back.
