About The Position

As a Lead Host at PABU Izakaya, you set the standard for hospitality at the door—overseeing the host team, managing reservations and guest flow, and ensuring every arrival and departure is handled with warmth, precision, and professionalism. You play a key role in shaping first impressions and creating seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume atmosphere
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly
• Intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task
• At least 16 years of age
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Open Table, Seven Rooms, and register POS systems preferred
