Lead Host/Hostess
About The Position
The Lead Host/Hostess is responsible to assign Host/Hostess to job tasks and ensure that the required duties are completed accurately and efficiently. As a “Lead Host/Hostess” you will: Assemble and serve meals in accordance with department standards. Completes daily responsibilities that may include meal assembly, cold food preparation, utility and dish room functions, nourishment preparation, sanitation duties and tray passing. Helps supervisor with management tasks. Submit orders via tablet in person on units. Ability to multi-task when entering orders into tablet. Ability to be part of team as well as lead team when required.
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalency (preferred)
