Opensity Solutions is seeking a Lead Hospitality Associate to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality services while serving as a leader and resource for the on-site team. In this role, you'll help ensure a welcoming, professional environment by providing outstanding service, supporting team members, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality for our clients and guests. The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, hotel, conference services, or customer service required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other workplace technology as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the hospitality department to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees while creating a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitality-related requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support, coach, and guide Hospitality Associates to ensure service standards and expectations are consistently met.
  • Coordinate meeting room setups, catering requests, and event support.
  • Monitor hospitality areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the day.
  • Manage hospitality supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Partner with vendors and internal departments to coordinate services and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, client expectations, and safety procedures.
  • Assist with training new team members and promote best practices across the hospitality team.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive team environment focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
