About The Position
Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Lead Home Health Aide to join their growing team. Legacy of Delano is a fun-filled Senior Living Facility located off Highway 12 in Delano, near Coborn’s. It has 51 total units, including Assistant Living, Independent, and Memory Care Apartments. Delano is a growing community with compassionate team members who help residents AGE Magnificently.
Requirements
- Compassionate towards others.
- Passionate about enriching the lives of others.
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents with their personal care services.
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
