This position combines front desk hospitality, café and beverage service, and community engagement while providing on-shift leadership to the Haus Experience team. As a Lead, this role supports the daily coordination of the front desk and front-of-house experience areas, ensuring consistent service standards across guest check-in, member engagement, and food and beverage service. The Lead Haus Experience Specialist acts as a bridge between operational teams and helps guide teammates during shifts to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for members and guests.
