About The Position
TruBlue Home Service Ally is hiring a Handyman / Home Service Technician in Richmond, VA. TruBlue Home Service Ally is a national franchise with over 140 locations that provides trusted handyman repairs, home safety upgrades, and maintenance services to help seniors age in place and support busy families. This is a role for a skilled professional who leads by example, brings out the best in others, and takes pride in work that makes a real difference. Common projects include: Bathroom and kitchen upgrades, Drywall repair and patching, Flooring installation and repair, General carpentry, Interior and exterior painting, and Basic plumbing and electrical (repairs/upgrades. excl. new services).
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

- Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
