Responsibilities

Ensure all safety policies and procedures are strictly followed.
Review production schedules and monitor daily output to ensure targets are met.
Complete and review quality checks while maintaining internal quality standards.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
Update, review, and support adherence to work instructions.
Train team members as required and support ongoing skill development.
Listen to team feedback and assist in resolving issues or conflicts.
Review and investigate quality issues reported externally.
Support department goals and objectives.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to maintenance or management for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory and quality control checks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
