Ram Iron & Metal is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Hand, Non-Ferrous to join our Team. The Lead Hand, Non-Ferrous under the direction of the Supervisor, Non-Ferrous / Lead, Operations will play an intermediate role between the workers and the Supervisor. They will be responsible for the smooth and safe operation of the team, helping the workers to meet goals, and mediating concerns with upper management. At RAM, it’s all about our people. The successful candidate requires knowledge of scrap grading or have a strong desire to learn. They will assist in several aspects of the daily operations needs such as scrap inspection, mobile equipment operation, fulfilling customer’s orders, and performing general maintenance duties. The Lead Hand is responsible for the smooth and safe operation of the team, helping the workers to meet goals, and mediating concerns with upper management.
