Requirements

Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
Live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
Were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
Love to have fun, but know when to buckle down and do work.

Nice To Haves

Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is strongly desired

Responsibilities

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children in each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
