Lead Gymnastics Coach Manager In Training
About The Position
The Lead Gymnastics Coach Manager In Training teaches classes using The Little Gym’s curriculum and teaching method, provides outstanding customer service and membership experiences, and oversees program quality to ensure classes meet or exceed curriculum expectations set by The Little Gym International. The role also trains and evaluates team members. Gymnastics experience is preferred; background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful. The position involves working with children and their families in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment. Classes use movement-based learning and imaginative play to support children’s confidence and development. The Little Gym offers programs for children ages 4 months through 12 years.

Nice To Haves
- Gymnastics experience.
