About The Position
The Lead Gymnastics Coach Manager In Training teaches gymnastics-based classes using The Little Gym’s curriculum and teaching methods, while providing outstanding customer service and membership experiences. The role oversees program quality to ensure classes meet or exceed curriculum expectations established by The Little Gym International, and trains and evaluates team members. The position is part of a child-focused enrichment and physical development center serving children from 4 months through 12 years in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Gymnastics experience is preferred.
- A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
- Enjoy working with children and interacting with their parents.
- Be comfortable being playful and energetic while also knowing when to focus on work.
- Demonstrate a service-oriented approach.
