This role will lead the execution of complex Multifamily channel programs and product launches, including the go-to market brief, audience segmentation, launch checklist, and readiness tracking. It involves independently determining approach and leading cross-functional project teams to achieve program milestones. The role also includes leading the joint business planning process across assigned Multifamily dealers, distributors, and partners, serving as a subject matter expert for Multifamily channel programs, and developing financial models behind channel decisions. Additionally, the role manages Multifamily pricing, rebate, and promotional program execution, develops the Multifamily partner enablement package, owns the Multifamily channel performance reporting, maintains the ongoing Multifamily channel situation analysis, and anticipates Multifamily channel risks and execution issues. The position requires compliance with health and safety guidelines, protecting Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential, and maintaining professional and technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in Sales, Strategic Planning, Marketing, and/or Channel Management, with a focus on professional distribution, dealer, and installer channels in B2B or B2B2C environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams, articulate a clear point of view, and drive results within a complex organization
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; financial acumen sufficient to build ROI, customer acquisition cost, and partner value models
  • Ability to leverage quantitative, qualitative, and trend data to draw conclusions and recommend holistic solutions
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt communication for audiences at multiple internal and external levels
  • High degree of comfort managing multiple, competing priorities in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; proactively identifies issues and opportunities and recommends actions

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of complex Multifamily channel programs and product launches, including the go-to market brief, audience segmentation, launch checklist, and readiness tracking, independently determining approach and leading cross-functional project teams to achieve program milestones.
  • Lead execution of the joint business planning process across assigned Multifamily dealers, distributors, and partners, including plan build, performance tracking, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Multifamily channel programs; design and implement the cross functional business processes required to run channel programs and promotions with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Sales.
  • Develop the Multifamily segmentation analysis, including dealer tiers, distributor economics, and installer personas; recommend refinements to partner strategy based on findings.
  • Develop the financial models behind channel decisions, including ROI, customer acquisition cost, partner value, and cost to deliver; provide the analysis supporting pricing targets, resource priorities, and business cases.
  • Manage Multifamily pricing, rebate, and promotional program execution, including partner enrollment, payout accuracy, and dispute resolution; recommend improvements to future program structures.
  • Develop the Multifamily partner enablement package with Marketing and Product, including sales tools, technical content, training, and collateral; track partner adoption and effectiveness.
  • Own the Multifamily channel performance reporting package, including dashboards, program-level results, and the monthly readout; provide inputs to the forecasting and demand planning process, including the promotional calendar and partner funding.
  • Maintain the ongoing Multifamily channel situation analysis, tracking competitor activity, partner operational and financial results, and product and service innovation; recommend implications and actions to the channel team.
  • Anticipate Multifamily channel risks and execution issues, develop and lead mitigation plans, and build and maintain working relationships with Multifamily partner contacts in support of key account management.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
