This is a full-time position with an hourly base plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Potential annual earnings range from $45,000 to $55,000, with top performers potentially earning up to $60,000 annually. The role involves engaging shoppers and event attendees, promoting brand awareness, setting appointments, and representing the company professionally. The focus is on starting conversations and creating opportunities, not hard selling.
Requirements
- Positive, outgoing, motivated attitude; strong communication.
- Team player with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available during listed hours; comfortable working in busy retail/event environments.
Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers and event attendees; start friendly conversations and capture leads.
- Promote brand awareness and create strong first impressions
- Set appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales team.
- Represent the company professionally at stores and events.
