About The Position
As a Lead Generator, you create a friendly, professional first connection with customers and help turn quick conversations into qualified in-home consultation appointments. This role supports our in-store outreach by ensuring interested homeowners are identified, informed, and scheduled accurately. Key responsibilities include greeting and engaging people as they pass, sharing a brief overview of our home comfort solutions, asking a few simple qualifying questions, and scheduling appointments while capturing lead details clearly and consistently.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication; comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers
- Basic sales and customer service fundamentals
- Careful attention to accuracy when documenting information
