About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, your locally owned premier window and door replacement company, is seeking candidates who are looking to begin their sales career or sharpen the sales skills they already have, to join the team as a Lead Generator. In this role, you will engage with homeowners in residential communities through door-to-door canvassing, introduce them to Renewal by Andersen products and services, overcome objections, schedule in-home appointments for our Design team, all while earning uncapped bonuses.

Requirements

• Professional, outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• MUST have valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
• Willingness to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, canvassing, hospitality, service industry, or related fields is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Report daily to the Appleton office and participate in team meetings to review goals, strategy, and prior results
• Represent Renewal by Andersen professionally in residential neighborhoods
• Engage homeowners in conversations about their windows and doors
• Deliver clear, engaging product information and interactive presentations
• Qualify homeowner interest and schedule in-home consultation appointments for sales representatives
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
