About The Position
Superior Water and Air is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Lead Generator to represent our brand inside retail partner locations. In this role, you'll engage shoppers, introduce our home service solutions, and identify homeowners interested in learning more about our services. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
- Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations
- Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts
- Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for lead entry
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail, customer service, sales, events, promotions, or lead generation
- Experience working in a performance-driven environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
