Requirements

Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
At least two (2) years of Customer Service or related experience
Ability to work through internal and external project issues in a timely manner
Technically competent and proficient with tablet technology
Strong written and oral communication skills: In-person meetings, E-mail & Phone calls
Fast Paced Multi-Tasker
Strong Attention to Details
Strong work ethic
Ability to follow through with tasks and complete them on time
Works well under pressure

Responsibilities

Willing to work weekend shifts.
Execute approved strategies and plans that will result in team and individual goal attainment.
Effective coordination of multiple Comfort Consultants scheduling.
Professionally answering customer questions in a polite, friendly manner.
Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Assist Lead Manager in completing accurate leads.
Accurate documentation of customer information.
