We’re seeking a high-performing Lead Generator who can identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients to support overall revenue growth and business development goals. This role focuses on outbound and inbound prospecting, leveraging data insights, technology platforms, and strategic communication to build a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support (insurance, financial services, or B2B experience preferred).
  • Property and Casualty or Life and Health license preferred, or ability to obtain license upon hire.
  • Experience with leveraging technology to enter new markets or enhance sales efforts in existing markets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding lead generation and pipeline creation targets.
  • Combines curiosity, persistence, and professionalism to create meaningful first connections that drive long-term business success.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Pipeline Development: Research, identify, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria to ensure alignment with target markets and business objectives.
  • Maintain a consistent volume of outreach activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
  • Use CRM and sales engagement platforms to manage prospects, log activities, and track conversion rates.
  • Partner closely with Inside Sales and Business Development teams to hand off qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions through the sales cycle.
  • Data-Driven Targeting & Outreach: Leverage analytics tools, AI-driven insights, and market data to prioritize high-potential prospects and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Personalize outreach using relevant business intelligence to capture attention and increase response rates.
  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach cadence based on engagement trends, response metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Contribute to segmentation and targeting strategies by identifying new lead sources and untapped markets.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaigns, content, and messaging strategies that attract quality leads.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality, common objections, and market trends to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Participate in regular pipeline and performance reviews with sales leadership to forecast results and refine tactics.
  • Represent the company professionally in all external communications and interactions.
  • Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging competitors, and client behaviors to help position the company effectively in the marketplace.
  • Document insights and share best practices to enhance team performance and lead generation processes.
  • Seek opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency using CRM tools and digital workflows.
