About The Position

Remote opportunity with preference for candidates who reside in EST or CST time zones. Join Quadient’s demand generation team and play a key role in uncovering new sales opportunities for our Mail Related Services segment. In this role, you will engage prospects through outbound outreach, identify qualified opportunities, and support our Field Sales Representatives with valuable insights. Requirements

  • Experience managing and executing multiple concurrent campaigns (customer and prospect-focused).
  • Strong verbal communication, with the ability to conduct conversations tailored for Manager, Director, and C‑level audiences.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple systems/applications, and customize talk tracks, rebuttals, and messaging for various persona types.
  • Strong probing skills to uncover cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM, (salesforce preferred), dialing tools, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to provide structured, actionable feedback based on real customer interactions.
  • Track record of achieving lead generation metrics, including:
  • Outbound dial volume
  • Appointment setting rate
  • Lead qualification accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects and customers across 7+ targeted campaigns.
  • Hold effective conversations with a wide range of stakeholders—from managers to executives.
  • Tailor outreach using targeted messaging, talk tracks, and customized rebuttals.
  • Identify needs, explore cross-sell opportunities, and introduce Quadient solutions.
  • Multi-task across systems and applications while managing outbound outreach.
  • Consistently achieve lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
  • Share feedback to help optimize campaign performance.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.
