About The Position

Quadient is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Representative to join their demand generation team and help drive growth in software and digital communications, specifically within the Mail Related Services segment. This remote role involves identifying sales opportunities and supporting the Field Sales team by conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, and utilizing data insights to enhance performance. The representative will also provide feedback to management, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience making 100+ outbound calls daily
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Meeting targets through outbound calls (120 - 140 daily)
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Use data insights to improve performance and campaign results
  • Provide feedback to managers and collaborate across teams
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships internally and externally
