Lead Generation Manager

Requirements
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate onboarding, and ongoing training to all Lead Generation staff.
- Holding the lead generation team accountable to goals.
- Assembly of trade shows, road show and Lead Generation events.
- Assist as needed with customer escalations.
- Timecard approval and reconciliation vacation requests.
- Assist and support recruitment and retention efforts.
- Have regular one: one communication with Lead Generation group members.
- Provide updates and reporting to direct management as requested.
- Maintain a good relationship with vendors and contractors.
- Communicate promotional information to internal staff and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute approved strategies and plans that will result in team and individual goal attainment.
- Effective coordination of multiple Lead Generators.
- Professionally answering customer questions in a polite, friendly manner.
